ROOT CHAKRA – MULADHARA

Location: Base of the spine
Color: Red
Element: Earth
Energy Theme: Grounding, stability, basic needs, feeling safe
Mantra (Bija): Lam (लं)
Mudra: Gyana Mudra

The Root Chakra is your foundation.
When this chakra is strong, you trust life, feel secure, and make decisions from a stable inner ground. Your spine is supported and your legs feel powerful.
