Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara – Rest, Lakeside Walk & Welcome Circle
Day 2: Drive to Kande – Trek to Australian Camp (2,000m)
Day 3: Trek to Forest Camp (2,550m) – Evening Sound Bath
Day 4: Trek to Low Camp (2,970m) – Sunset Yoga on the Ridge
Day 5: Trek to High Camp (3,580m) – Deep Relaxation Practice
Day 6: Sunrise Hike to Mardi Himal Viewpoint (4,500m) – Return to Low Camp
Day 7: Trek to Siding – Drive back to Pokhara
Day 8: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu – Final Sharing Circle or Optional Stay
