Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Pharping

Pickup from Kathmandu and transfer to a peaceful monastery in Pharping.
Welcome orientation, gentle yoga, and evening meditation.
Enjoy sattvic meals prepared with love by the monastery kitchen.
Stay: Monastery accommodation (simple and serene)
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 2

Day 2: Yoga & Exploration in Pharping

Morning yoga and pranayama amidst the tranquil hills.
Visit sacred caves of Guru Padmasambhava and nearby Buddhist sites.
Evening sound healing or meditation session to deepen your spiritual connection.
Stay: Monastery accommodation

Day 3

Day 3: Travel to Pokhara – Lakeside Leisure

Scenic drive or flight to Pokhara, the gateway to the Annapurna range.

Early transfer to Kande and start a short scenic trek to Australian Camp.

Day 5

Day 5: Return to Kathmandu
