Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu & Transfer to Pharping Monastery

Activities:
- Arrive in Kathmandu, where our team will warmly welcome you at the airport.
- Transfer to Pharping Monastery, a sacred site where Guru Rinpoche attained enlightenment, offering an ambiance of spiritual serenity.
Evening:
- Settle in and unwind with a relaxing Sound Healing Session, helping you acclimate and prepare for the days ahead.

Day 2

Day 2: Yoga & Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Morning:
- Start your day with an invigorating yoga session, refreshing both body and mind.
Daytime Activities:
- Explore the cultural and historical treasures of Kathmandu:
  - Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  - Marvel at the panoramic views from Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
  - Experience the spirituality of Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal’s holiest sites.
Evening:
- Relax with a soothing sound healing or meditation session to restore balance and tranquility.

Day 3

Day 3: Pokhara Flight & Sightseeing

Morning:
- Begin with a rejuvenating yoga session before taking a scenic flight to Pokhara.
Daytime Activities:
- Discover the charm of Pokhara:
  - Visit the World Peace Pagoda (Shanti Stupa) for panoramic views of the Annapurna range.
  - Explore Devi’s Falls and the mysterious Mahendra Cave.
  - Enjoy a traditional boat ride on Fewa Lake, soaking in the serene surroundings.
Evening:
- Conclude the day with a calming yoga session, followed by meditation to reflect on the serene experiences.

Day 4

Day 4: Sarangkot Sunrise, Hike to Australian Camp

- Witness the spectacular sunrise from Sarangkot, with awe-inspiring views of the Himalayas.

Daytime Activities:
- Drive to Kande and embark on a scenic hike to Australian Camp, passing through lush forests and picturesque trails.

Day 5

Day 5: Yoga, Hike Back & Kathmandu Return

Daytime Activities:
- Hike downhill to Kande and take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu.
- Spend the afternoon shopping in Thamel, exploring local markets for gifts and souvenirs.
Evening:
