Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu – Rest & Sound Healing
- Arrival: Land in the vibrant city of Kathmandu.
- Rest: Transfer to your hotel for some well-deserved rest.
- Evening: Experience a calming sound healing therapy session to align your energy and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Sunrise Yoga & Pokhara Exploration
- Morning Yoga: Begin your day with an energizing yoga class to connect with your inner self.
- Flight to Pokhara: After breakfast, fly to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara, surrounded by mountains.
- Sightseeing: Explore Pokhara’s iconic spots, including Santi Stupa, Devi’s Falls, and enjoy a tranquil boat ride on Phewa Lake.
Evening Yoga: After a day of exploration, unwind with a calming evening yoga session, allowing your body to relax and absorb the beauty of the day’s experiences.
Trek Begins – Drive to Tikhedhunga, Trek to Ulleri
- Morning Yoga: A yoga session to center yourself before the trek.
- Drive to Tikhedhunga: A scenic 1-hour drive from Pokhara to the trek starting point.
- Trek to Ulleri: Begin your 3-4 hour trek, ascending through picturesque terraced fields to reach Ulleri. Rest and overnight at a tea house.
Evening Yoga: End the day with a gentle evening yoga session, stretching and unwinding after the trek, as the mountains provide a tranquil backdrop.
Ulleri to Ghorepani
- Morning Yoga & Meditation: Start with a yoga session in Ulleri, followed by a peaceful minute meditation on the trail.
- Trek: A 5-6 hour trek takes you through lush rhododendron forests, with stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
- Arrival in Ghorepani: Reach the charming village of Ghorepani, where you’ll stay in a cozy tea house surrounded by towering peaks.
Evening Yoga: Conclude your day with a gentle evening yoga session, stretching and unwinding after the trek, as the majestic mountains provide a tranquil backdrop.
Sunrise at Poon Hill & Trek to Tadapani
- Early Morning: Hike to the famous Poon Hill viewpoint before sunrise. Watch the first rays of the sun illuminate the snow-capped Himalayas.
- Return for Breakfast: Trek back to Ghorepani, followed by breakfast.
Trek to Tadapani: Continue your trek for 6-7 hours through stunning valleys and forests until you reach Tadapani. Overnight at a tea house.
Tadapani to Jhinu – Natural Hot Springs
- Morning Yoga: A peaceful yoga session amidst nature to start your day.
- Trek to Jhinu: Hike for 5-6 hours down to the village of Jhinu.
Relax in Hot Springs: Soothe your muscles in the natural hot springs near Jhinu, a perfect way to unwind after the trek. Overnight at a tea house.
Jeep Ride Back to Pokhara
- Morning Yoga: Practice yoga one last time in the mountain serenity.
- Return to Pokhara: Take a 2.5-hour jeep ride back to Pokhara.
- Relaxation: Enjoy a free day in Pokhara. Explore the town or simply relax by Phewa Lake, reflecting on your trekking journey.
Flight to Kathmandu & Cultural Sightseeing
- Morning Yoga: Begin your day with yoga before flying back to Kathmandu.
- Kathmandu Sightseeing: Explore the rich cultural heritage of Kathmandu. Visit Swayambhu Stupa, the ancient Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the sacred Pashupatinath Temple.
- Evening Sound Healing: Conclude your day with a sound healing therapy session to harmonize your mind and body.
