Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and Trek Preparation
- Arrival: Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu.
- Trek Briefing: After check-in, you'll attend a detailed trek orientation session. Topics will include:
- Trek routes, itinerary overview, and key highlights.
- Safety measures, first aid, and emergency protocols.
- Essential trekking gear and recommended packing.
- Exploration: Spend your afternoon in the vibrant streets of Thamel, where you can shop for or rent any last-minute gear for your trek.
- Nepali Dinner: End the day with a traditional Nepali meal, including Dal Bhat, momo, and gundruk, accompanied by a cultural dance performance to immerse yourself in Nepal's rich heritage.
- Accommodation: Comfortable twin-sharing rooms at a tourist hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara
- Travel: Depart from Kathmandu and journey to Pokhara by tourist bus (6–7 hours). Enjoy picturesque views of the Trishuli River and terraced fields.
- Arrival: Upon reaching Pokhara, check into your hotel and relax for the evening.
- Yoga:
- Evening: A relaxing session to ease travel-related tension and rejuvenate your body and mind.
- Meals: Breakfast included.
- Accommodation: Tourist hotel in Pokhara (twin-sharing rooms).
Day 3: Pokhara to Ghandruk
- Travel: Enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour jeep ride from Pokhara to Ghandruk, a charming Gurung village.
- Explore: Visit the Gurung Museum and immerse yourself in local culture while interacting with the friendly locals.
- Yoga:
- Morning: A grounding session to help you connect with the surroundings before your journey.
- Evening: A gentle stretching practice to unwind after the travel.

Day 4: Ghandruk to Chhomrong

Day 6: Bamboo to Deurali

Day 9: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda

Day 10: Jhinu Danda to Pokhara

Day 11: Pokhara to Kathmandu
